Dawn's Results

Hi my name is Dawn. Last summer I had foot surgery and could not walk for three months. Near the end of the three months I was able to use crutches. One morning after using crutches my arm felt heavy and sore. I just thought that I had probably irritated my under arm by using the crutches. I went to the doctor several days later. He said something is wrong here and he sent me for a mammogram. I had my first mammogram then they asked me to wait and they called me in two more times to take more pictures. Then October 21, 2016 the surgeon who ordered the test called me in. He told me that I had breast cancer. I started to cry and he went and got my friend. They both stood in the examining room with me and one of them said boy she sure gets upset. It really made me angry. I thought geewhiz I'm not allowed to get upset?. Two months later December 21, 2016 I had my breast removed. I was supposed to just have a lump removed that day but before my surgery they did yet another mammogram and found that it had spread throughout my breast.The doctor recommended I have it removed. He said if you do not have your whole breast removed you will be back here in three weeks having more surgery.  They also removed 19 lymph nodes from mu underarm and six contained cancer.  They wanted me to have radiation and chemo therapy for about six months. I saw an oncologist every every couple weeks. It was very stressful sitting in a small examining room with her while she tried to convince me to have these treatments. I brought in my good friend with me because I wanted a second set of ears because I know when I get very stressed out I can't retain information as I'd like to. When we left the oncologist office he said that didn't sound good at all. He said she had no idea if all this chemotherapy and radiation would help. And when we asked if they could tell after a few years if it worked she said no, there is  no way to tell. So my friend was very skeptical of the whole thing. I was actually very happy to hear he was skeptical because I thought for sure she had convinced him that I should be having all their treatments. They also wanted to do hormone treatments for five years. I said no to the radiation and chemo therapy. And after much thought I said no to the hormone treatments as well. My gynocologist told me she was happy i wasn't doing the hormone treatments as they would cause a fibroid that I have, to grow. I thought that was interesting and I took it as a hint that I was doing the right thing. One day my family doctor phoned me at home on a Saturday and I was very surprised. I've been his patient for over 25 years and he's never phoned me at my home. He told me that the oncologist was venting to him that she was very frustrated that I wasn't doing any of the treatments that she was recommending. I told him that my aunt did everything they asked of her years ago when she had breast cancer and she died. I did not want to follow the same steps my aunt took. My doctor didn't have much to say, I think he couldn't really argue with me which was great. This same doctor told me , weeks earlier, to tell him what they are offering me and he would tell me what he would do. When I told him they want me to do chemotherapy, he said " I would do it , but if I got sick , I would quit. "  Which I found interesting because of course , I would feel sick.
I have known Donna since I was a teenager. My mom and I have taken supplements on and off for many years. My friend goes to a chiropractor here in town. This chiropractor is really into health. He told my friend to tell me to get to see go to see Donna Roth when he found out about was what was happening with me. I was thinking I should go see Donna but it was great that he reminded me. I went in with my friend to see this chiropractor and he said good " Donna is world renowned " when I told him that I was going to see Donna. I thought that was very impressive.This chiropractor is very interested in taking Donna's TAFYH course. Since around the middle of that February 2017 I've been working with Donna and taking lots of supplements every day and drinking two smoothies with Chinese Minersl Chi , chlorophyll, flax hull lignans, and Collatrim plus. I take Paw Paw , Cat's Claw, MC,probiotics, colostrum and a good oil everyday. Recently I went for a follow up to check up with my with the surgeon who did my surgery. It was so stressful , I felt drained for several days afterwards. 
It's been seven months since I've started taking my supplements, eating well and drinking two smoothies a day and I will continue to do this far into the future. As a bonus I have lost over 50 lbs. Donna reminded me that all that unwanted fat was toxins. So that was a neat way to think about it. That extra weight was not only unhealthy but made me self-conscious and unhappy.
 Now when I hear someone with some kind of illness I talk to Donna about it and we forward them information to help them. I love helping other people. It's really quite simple if people will just put in a bit of effort. It is so worth is to be healthy. 
I rarely feel the need to take a nap in the afternoon , which i was doing  once in a while.
 I no longer suffer from terrible heartburn.. Often at night  I would wake up and take a coupleTums. I always carried them in my purse as well. I was eating them like candy somedays. I have not taken Tums for several months, once i changed my eating habits. 
Taking the TAFYH course l learned so much about our bodies and how to take care of them. I really enjoy helping others to get their health back on track. 
Before this course I was confused and very afraid. Now I feel I am on the right track and I will be healthier than ever. I am defintely a work in progress.It just takes the will to be healthier.

BSQ score down from 54 to 18, a significant improvement.
Mental clarity, control over thoughts and concentration are improved a lot.
Vitality and energy improved.

No craving for sweets.

Lost 10lb.
Body morning temperature has increased and blood pressure is more stable.
Intentions: study nutrition, top priority is my body and do all things required, mental and physical exhaustion, no relying on medical support – I took responsibility for my health and life. All intentions are achieved.
I developed very strong self control over my healthy lifestyle and how to live my life well and stay healthy.  
The program is very simple and easy to follow, involves personal participation and small effort. Very suitable for most of the ages.
I thank Donna for her effort to putting together the program and her strong desire for helping other people and especially to those who lost the hope in life.
The program and personal participation are changing life of any person.
The most healthy person shall consider this program for the purpose of health maintenance and prevention.

ABCDE TNP Model for RD;

BSQ Total: 18, Glandular 6, Nerves 4, Hepatic & Digestion 2.
Maintain Simple Health Support Activity Goals and do Journaling.

A – Activate:

·         Exercise on rebounding trampoline, stretching, core muscles forming, ionic breathing.
For lymphatic system with 2 capsules 2 times per day Cat’s Claw with meals or smoothies.

B – Build:

·         Eating the quality right organic protein foods: ocean cot fish  and meet grass fed, turkey, eggs-yokes all fed on grass with no grains, antibiotics, hormones. Animals shall be humanly butchered and processed.
·         Eating the quality right organic vegetables: cruciferous dark leafy vegetables, cucumbers, zucchini, onion, garlic, spicy food etc.
·         Eating quality organic fermented food: home made sauerkraut, kimchi, pickles, borsch…
·         Eating organic healthy fat: nuts, hemps, coconut oil, ghee butter, olive oil.
·         Eating quality organic berries.
·         Busting digestion by drinking apple cider vinegar and taking betaine hydrochloric with pepsin tablets 2-3 before meal especially when meet is included.
·         Drinking filtered water, chlorine, fluoride, bromide water free.
·         Drinking quality macha green tea, white tea – includes high content theanin for calming and sleeping, chaga tea –very high antioxidant and clensening pituitary gland.
·         Drinking superfood as 2 glasses of smoothies per  day including:
Red – 1oz Chinese Mineral Chi Tonic for glandular system.
Yellow – 1scoop Flax Hull Lignans  (binds xenoestrogens) and Solstic energy for vitamins, & antioxidants. 
White – ½ scoop Collatrim Plus for leaky guts.
Blue -  water and berries, green leaves or watermelon .
Green - chlorophyll and juice from extracted vegetable dark green leaves.
Extra additives to smoothies : Chicory, Bee Pollen, grinded psyllium ½-1 flat tea spoon for additional fiber.

C- Cleanse:

·         Psyllium Hulls 1tsp, LBS 11 3 capsules-daily, cayenne pepper, water and chlorophyll 2 to 3 times per day.
·         Circulatory System on going process, Liver / Gallbladder and kidney cleanse every 2 months.
·         Do colon cleanse every other Friday.
·         Test for candida and process required cleansing.

D – Direct:
Take herbals specific for my body system:
§  Colostrum for immune function and for stem cell reproduction taken first thing in the morning.
§  Protease Plus 7cap, Acidophilus 3cup for optimal gut health.
§  Stress Pack 1 pack 2 times per day.
§  Arginine 1 scoop for circulation in the morning.
§  AD-C  and Vitamin B Complex 1 tablet 2 times per day.
§  Review the supplements and adjust as needed.


E – Exercise and Express gratitude:  

·         Express 3 x gratitude first thing in the morning…….
·         Maintain positive mind set and thoughts
·         Meditation daily

Inflammation and possible source: 

·         Avoid any GMO and commercial grown food all kind.
·         Maintain periodic visits to holistic dentist and do required holistic dental work.
·         Maintain using any products free of Xenoestrogens on daily basis.

Ahha’s: I experienced many AHHA sparks. The four root causes of all disease person are : nutrition deficiency, toxic level in the body, stress and trauma. Temperature of the body shall be maintain 37C deg. The entire body requires a proper ionization by performing rhythmic breath intake and directing the flow in both directions along the spine.  The concept and knowledge of Chinse medicine is really applicable in the western society and health improvement.
Time: I found time acceptable. The TAFYH each session length of 15 minutes is deeply directed to the purpose. Participation is very active and mind programming during session and after.
Education: The education during the entire program is so precious to me. Brings to me the most important aspects of health and leading into setup of the proper lifestyle.
Structure: Structure is very practical.
Information: Very informative and focused on the topic and maximum benefits of the participant.
Commitment: Donna commitment to every participant was enormous. Her desire of setting new lifestyle of participant and her full support in doing so was extraordinary. The program setup required my commitment in participation and was very simple and recorded in journal every day.
Implications: The provided knowledge in the program, when really received by participant, is life changing directions and leading to the fullness of living life healthy and in enjoyment.
Reaching Others: Very inviting for each other and welcoming atmosphere.
BSQ’s as form of measurement: The questionnaire form is very informative and body system function indicator. BSQ with more knowledge about herbs helps in the selection of required supplements.

Comments: Great program for any person willing to remove a psychological personal barriers and step in taking personal responsibility and participation in building health and future healthy life.

The closing ceremony was outstanding....WOW!

Dawn's Evaluation

Ahha's : I found so many Anna's during this course that I found it difficult to choose just one from each lesson. I really enjoyed sharing this information with my fellow TAFYH team, my Tag team , friends and family.
Time : I found the time to be perfect.  First thing in the morning sets a good tone for the rest of the day. I suffer from anxiety most mornings and this course helped take my mind off my troubles because instead of dwelling on negative things it got me busy getting my homework in order and getting ready to be on the phone.
Participation : I like the way we all participated. When you know that you have to read out loud you make sure you do all the reading and homework. It forces you be organized.

Education : The education that I have received over the last several weeks is invaluable. I have learned so much about our bodies and how to take care of them.
I feel confident enough now to give suggestions to my family and friends. I believe everyone should learn the material in TAFYH. There would be so much less sickness.

Structure : I liked the structure. We all knew what was expected if us each day. TAFYH is well organized and flows easily.

Information : I love TAFYH. The material we learned was pretty much all new to me. I was really excited to learn so much about health. I kept thinking that I wished everyone I care about could listen to all the invaluable information.

Commitment: Because TAFYH is only s short time in the mornings it was not difficult to be committed to this course.

Application : With all of the knowledge I have gained I can now apply it to my everyday life. Learning about the Paw Paw program for cancer is awesome. I can do it for myself but also help people in the same situation as me.

Implications: If we all continue to share this information we will all be healthier.
The implications will be that wise people will take their health in to their own hands and not turn to doctors to restore their health , which will not happen.
It is 100 % up to us.

Reaching others: I am now confident talking to people about their
health. I am  Fortunate because many people ask what I am doing because I have lost over 50 lbs. I am thrilled because now I am fitting in to clothes that I haven't worn for over 5 years.

BSQ's as a from of measurement: I enjoy using the BSQ 's. It is so simple to do. I like how it shows what body systems people need to work on. Then down the road they can do another one to see how their health has improved and what they may need to improve.

Dawn's Health Plan

A - Activate: Continue doing ionic breathing. Using my rebounder
and my elliptical machine. I am going to join the YMCA as I enjoy lifting
weights and I need to improve my muscle tone. I will continue
taking Cat's Claw for my lymphatic system.

B - Build : Continue to eat the right foods. Continue to stay 
away from grains , legumes and sugar.  I will continue drinking two smoothies
a day containing Chinese Mineral Chi, Collatrim  Plus , Liquid 
Chlorophyll, Flax Hull Lignans, flax oil and Soltic Energy. I will
continue to drink plenty of water with chlorophyll throughout the day.

C - Cleanse: I will continue to drink Psyllium Hulls and take 2 LBS 11
daily. I will continue to do bowel cleanses , kidney flushes and 
liver cleanses.  I also plan to do a gallbladder flush as I know that I have gallstones.
Direct Herbals: I will continue to take my Cat's Claw Combination , MC ,
Paw Paw,  Colostrum,  Protease Plus , probiotics, vitamin D and flax seed oil.
In the future I plan on buying healthier makeup.
   I also plan on increasing the amount of exercise I am doing as I
know it's not enough right now.
>     I want to start wearing a ELF microshield chip to protect me from electromagnetic pollution. I am excited to learn that this protection vastly increases the integrity of the entire immune system. 
>    I will continue taking my temperature to ensure that I am warm enough. This is so important , especially if a person has cancer. 
>    I would like to start using the lemon essential oil to release toxicity from fat. I still have a bit around my middle. I think people would love to hear about this as most people I know would love to lose some weight.
>   I would like to do the Core Blend bath for radiation detox as I had several mammograms and a bone scan. They even gave me a note because if I went across the boarder within two weeks of the scan I would test positive for radiation. Scary stuff.
