My Health Plan

Continue to have a smoothie in the morning with Collatrim Plus, minerals, Solstic,Aloe Vera juice, etc. drink Chlorophyll, add greens, drink water
2.  Do kidney cleanse (always take 4 Combination K daily, do liver cleanse a few times yearly, and colon cleanse (may substitute some of the Nature Sunshine cleanses (especially the Bod D Cleanse (this is my favorite along with Super Trio)
3.  Try to follow the information that we received with Donna Roth re the TAFYH
4.  Encourage my family to follow this program with the supplements that have been recommended.
5.  I want to start the MC program to help with my blood pressure.  At the present time have only been taking 3 tabs daily.  This will be my commitment for the next month
6.  Give thanks to my Lord and Saviour and praises for the knowledge that we have received during this course and  pass on to clients.  Always positive thoughts.
7.  Be a good listener but be firm in what I believve
8.  This is a powerful health movement and many lives will be changed.  People need to see a vision that our group doing the TAFYH have done.  People need to know that they can heal their own body....do not wait when you have cancer or some degenerative disease
9.  My goal also is to remember to take 2 capfuls of Collatrim Plus at night for weight loss.  This I promise to do in the future.  I forget at night.
10.  We need to open the herbs & taste.  A young child recently opened 3 bottles of herbs, Cats Claw, Magnesium & Cascara.  Mother wanted to put back into the bottles, but needed to know the colors.  We need to taste these herbs.
