Nik's Plan for Health

  1. Do not touch any grain and product sugar and product Ligineuts and product dairy (except raw milk sometimes)
  2. Always have grass fed finish grass fed meat.
  3. Do not over eat
  4. Do not eat after 7 pm
  5. Always have big salad per day
  6. Drink enough water
  7. Always have couple tablespoons of Chloroph with water

  9. Do Ionic breathing and regular breathing exercise
  10. Do everyday stretching and exercising
  11. Walk minimum of 3 km 5-6 times per week
  12. Sleep 8 hours (9:30-5:30)
  13. Eliminate any negative thoughts and works
  14. Always be positive
  15. Always keep God’s peace in my heart
  16. Help others to reach their needs or goals
  17. 30 min before go to bed and 30 min after get up ----meditate about goals, life and goodness
  18. Do gallbladder flush every 3 weeks until no more stones will come out
  19. Do Chelation program
