TAFYH Tidbits

Intestinal cleansing is such a simple way to health restoration and it is totally ignored in our society
and even mocked. Because our present day foods lack the energy it takes for the intestinal system
to function properly our intestinal systems become sluggish and waste debris which cannot efficiently
leave the body becomes toxic. Such toxic debris invites parasites and viruses which further harm our
internal organs. It is not only fiber that the intestinal tract needs for efficient evacuation it is also energy!

It is so great to hear A's excitement regarding the healing of her lungs. She has not taken an inhaler for 4 days now.She thought that she would never be able to heal her lungs.

TAFYH Tidbits

Nutrition is therapeutic when you take enough of it in high enough doses from a quality controlled source and you take it long enough. Your health is restored through therapeutic  nutrition and by addressing  all areas of inflammation.I have seen people quit therapeutic nutrition just when the body cells have enough energy to move out waste debrisand move into cell restoration. It takes at least 4 months to heal a broken bone! Why would anyone quit therapeuticnutrition? The key here is that the nutrition must be of therapeutic quality.

TAFYH EVALUATION: By Donna

TAFYH EVALUATION:
TIME:  I really liked having the daily calls in the morning.  That way it left all of the afternoon and evening free and allowed time to do the readings and assignments.  It was also nice to call in 5 minutes or so early and have time for questions.
PARTICIPATION:  I liked the small group setting.  Five participants is a perfect group.  I liked hearing everyone’s “ahha’s” and “concepts” from our readings.  It was amazing how many times we would pick out the same ones!  I feel like the people in my group have become my friends.
EDUCATION:  I have learned so much since the beginning of the course.  I did not realize how important good nutrition is to good health.  I also did not know that most of our food nowadays has little or no nutritional value and so we have to take good quality supplements to help achieve good health.  The body cleanse information is very helpful.  The lessons were very reader friendly and easy to understand.  Best of all, everything I read made perfect sense.
STRUCTURE:  Structure was good.  We knew exactly what we had to do every day and report back the next day.  It made me accountable to my TAFYH group and to my TAG team.
INFORMATION:  There was so much information and it really made me realize that doctor-prescribed drugs are not the answer – these drugs are a treatment, not a cure.  We learned everything from which foods to eat, to causes of inflammation, to how our teeth affect our health.  Every day I would learn something that I didn’t know and it’s so sad that all our lives we have been given the wrong information about looking after our bodies.
COMMITMENT:  It was important to commit to the calls every day and it didn’t take much time out of my life!  It kept me on track and accountable.
APPLICATION:  Since I started the Paw Paw Program and TAFYH, I am no longer afraid of the word “cancer”.  Gaining knowledge has given me the power to do what I have to do to get my health back.  I don’t obsess over my disease and I feel very positive.  I eat the right food, take my supplements and smoothies every day and plan to keep doing this.   The cost is nothing compared to the alternative.  It is a life program.
IMPLICATIONS:  If we don’t take control of our own health, no one else will!  Instead of taking a drug for this and a drug for that, we can heal our own bodies by following the TAFYH Program.  If one body system is not working properly, it affects all other body systems.  We can change that! 
REACHING OTHERS:  Reporting to my TAG Team every day got information out to them about what I am doing to get healthy.  I would also include little tidbits from the information sent to the group daily, and I quite often was asked a question from members of my TAG Team when they responded to my email. 
BSQ’s as Form of Measurement:  This is a great questionnaire.  It pinpoints exactly what systems in my body needed the most work.  I sent the questionnaire to my TAG Team as well and some of them found it very informative.  This planted the seed in their heads.
COMMENTS:  I am so grateful to Donna Roth for providing a course of this type.  You can’t find it anywhere else.  It’s a lot of information and yet it takes so little time to put the program into a daily practice.  I will always have the information to look back on, re-read, and pick something new from it that I didn’t catch the first time.  The TAFYH Program has completely changed my ideas on how to achieve a healthy body.  I really enjoyed the course and learned so much.  I’m going to miss the daily calls with Donna and my group!


Success Story

PERSONAL SUCCESS STORY
I was diagnosed with lung cancer in June 2013.  In October 2013 I had the upper right lobe of my lungs removed and in February 2014, I had the upper left lobe of my lungs removed.  After regular CT scans following those surgeries, in June 2015, I was once again diagnosed with cancer in the lower right lobe.  After 2 rounds of chemo, I decided I was not doing that anymore, and went on the Paw Paw Program the first week of August 2015.
I began the TAFYH program on October 26, 2015.  Following the program has really made a difference in my health.
When I completed the BSQ at the beginning of the program, my total score was 85.  I have just completed another BSQ and my score is 52!  The 3 top body system scores have dropped:
-          Glandular from 13 to 8
-          Nerves from 11 to 6
-          Intestional from 10 to4
The remaining body systems all dropped with the exception of one.
-          I no longer have intestinal bloating.
-          I am no longer constipated.  I have 2 and sometimes 3 bowel movements per day.
-          My mental/emotional state has improved dramatically.  I have lost my fear of the word “cancer” and I feel very positive that I will get my health back.  I don’t sit and worry like I did a couple of months ago – I am able to relax.  I have also let go of a lot of anger and resentment that I had been feeling.
-          My body temperature overall has improved slightly and some days my hands and feet feel quite warm.
-          Candida saliva test has improved.
-          I have done the bowel, kidney and liver cleanse.
-          I have completely went off cholesterol pills, sleeping pills and pills for depression.
-          I have lost close to 20 pounds since starting the Paw Paw Program

Time: You can learn so much in 15 minutes. Everyone can spare 15 minutes when it comes to our health.

Participation: The positive comments and expressions from the group is very encouraging and supportive. It's nice to know that others are on the same page as you . Knowing that others are with you in doing the assignments and cleanses gives you determination to complete them. You feel like if you said you're going to do it, then you should, you're committed.

Education: The education you receive in this program is invaluable. It's given me a new understanding of my body and body systems and what is required to repair it and keep it in good repair. It's so simple and makes perfect sense. I can't believe that I never knew these simple truths before.

Structure: I enjoyed the structure of the program. Having the time at the beginning of the lessons  is great for answering questions or concerns. As well, having the same structure everyday, I knew what to expect and felt comfortable.

Information: I have learned so much from this program. Something new everyday. Being able to print it out and go over it was really good. I was surprised at how big my binder was at the end of the program. I learned a lot.

Commitment: Committing to 15 minutes 5 days a week is not much really when you think about it. We probably waste 15 minutes a day just on our phones or browsing the internet. 

Application: In the TAFYH program it is easy to apply what you learn. The print out sheets on the many herbs and supplements are great references and aids in knowing which herbs work for different body systems. It is clear and easy to understand how to apply what you are taught.

Implications: I was eager to share what I was learning.  It amazes me how little we know about food and food choices. I would often say little things to my tag team like "do something for your health today or make time to do a little exercise". When you learn what is needed to be healthy and feel good, you want to encourage others to do the same. When people see your personal results they can see that our lifestyle and choices in life affect how we feel and who we are.

Reaching Others: I want people to benefit from what I have learned. I have confidence when I talk to others about how the choices we make affect our health.

BSQ's as form of measurement: These forms are excellent in helping you identify body systems that need to be worked on. They are easy to fill out. They are also a great way to see the progress you are making in working on a certain body system.


Comments: I am so glad that I was introduced to this program. What I have learned has changed my life and lifestyle. Having the support of others in the class was very encouraging and helped me to work hard to get my health back. There was so much that I learned and I have seen results from the herbs and supplements. I would highly recommend this program to anyone with any type of health issue or who would just like to learn about how our bodies work and how to keep it healthy.

 When I first started the TAFYH I didn’t know what all to expect , but each week as I learned very important health building  principals
I started to see some changes in my health I was concerned about my weight as I know it is unhealthy and the extra weight is hard on my body
I noticed how much over this  summer when we sold our home and I had all the packing and getting rid of stuff I was tired and hurt from the extra weight   My feet hurt
back extra , Following the TAFYH program I have taken off 7 lbs. which is a  great start , because I couldn’t get any thing off before TAFYH , My back feels better I think is also part of  the kidney flush
and  it  opened my eyes to other  health issues I am working on to improve
the BSQ showed the intestinal , circulation and glandular  that need support  over the last few weeks I have  started  to see improvement
I learned about Lectins and the right foods  and working on changing  my diet  I love TAFYH it gives choices, education encouragement ,  accountability and freedom of making better health choices with out fear....
I also had my old fillings removed a while ago  I was shocked,   at how much better I felt  , no more headaches ,  a huge improvement in over all health It was unbelievable the difference

Paddy's Medical Journey

Paddy's Medical Journey…
 My ears were the start of my health problems.I was suffering from chronic ear canal itch which led to inflammation and then infection resulting in antibiotics etc. which goes back approximately 10 years They would heal up and  be OK for year, or two after numerous visits to the ENT dr. who put me on ear drops to minimize the itching,Cortisone plus Ointment. The problem persisted so  I decided to go back to the ENT specialist. He told me there was absolutely nothing else they could do, all he could offer was refer me to a dermatologist to get stronger grades of Cortisone which I didn't do.
Which led to more hearing test. This year…… The results showed that my hearing in my left ear was minimal compared to the right so they suspected an acoustic Neuroma which led to MRIs of my brain. No Neuroma was found, however, this is when they noticed lesions on my brain and I was referred to the neurologist. At this time, I was subjected to extensive testing and more MRIs. Eventually I was diagnosed with MS and prescribed a certain medication with numerous life threatening side effects. I Did not know what to do.
With all that said, I had started to change my diet and started making healthier choices in what I was eating. In speaking to one of my brothers he recommended that I should take the TAFYH course.  While taking this course  I have seen remarkable changes in my overall health and well-being. I have no more chronic itching and my hearing is recovering in my left ear. I'm really grateful for what I have learned. I now have the tools I need to be healthy once again. I am also grateful for the support I received from each member in my group Dana, Donna, Kathryn,  Tom and our leader Donna. And all my family and friends. There is some other noticeable changes. The pins and needles in my left arm have subsided. On the emotional side I no longer wake up at night feeling fearful and unable to cope with my situation.

TAFYH Tidbits

1.    The foods we eat today are empty of nutrition. In other words we are eating the wrong foods.
2.    Agricultural practices have interfered with our plant’s abilities to convert raw elements from the earth into bioavailable minerals and amino acids. Our plants are mineral and amino acid empty.
3.    Our society is trained to turn to medical prescriptions to solve all the diseases we are becoming afflicted with. All drugs have harmful side effects that rob our immune systems from doing their job of sustaining our health.

4.    We have forgotten that it is energy from the sun, from exercise, from love, from foods with nutrients, minerals, amino acids, vitamins, essential fatty acids that will keep our bodies healthy and strong and help our bodies to recover from any illness we may be afflicted with. So nutrition in our present day is totally disregarded as the solution to all diseased conditions.

Evaluation

Time : 15 minutes is the perfect duration for a lesson and enables to properly understand the lesson subject. For me though, 9 pm and English language made it more demending than usual.

Participation : It is an adequate format for both visual and auditory person.

Education : TAFYH enabled me to increase my knowledge on various themes but more especially I was able to link together a lot of topics I already knew about.

Structure : Once I better understood the principles of TAFYH it was easier to appreciate the program.

Information : The information received was very pertinent even if not all new for me. I was amazed by your approach, which was a new health philosophy to me.

Commitment : I felt it started very fast and that changes were not easy to apply, it made me realized that it is not only a TAFYH commitment but one with ourself. It was an amazing experience of commitment to one self, which is the most important step in my view.

Application : I wonder though if this exact format will be feasible for Quebec. I believe that with practice and with a Quebec marketing specialist (a close friend of mine) we could slighlty adapt the program to ensure that the kick-off start is effective and so that it becomes popular fast.
Examples of little changes :
-          An overall view of the program in a written format to better understand from the beginning what the program entails.
-          Think about a way to enroll particpants on sunshone rewards, so that they receive exactly waht they need in the good time.

Implications : What struck me the most is the consistency and the program structure, which are both mandatory to become a good TAFYH leader.

Reaching Others : The consistency and structure I listed above gave be enough confidence to be able to share it with others and to continue doing so.

BSQ’s as a form of measurement : It is an excellent tool to help anyone better understand how unbalanced their body and overall health are.

Comments : Above all I want to thank Donna for sharing the knowledge of this program with me and the others in our group. I am also very grateful for Rhea whom included me in her group.

The way this program makes us commit to ourself still surprises me in a very positive way. It is amazing how you prepare yourself for every phone call, how you go above and beyond yourself to make sure you will be able to respond a true YES to all criterias.

At the beginning of TAFYH , my BSQ score was :
- nervous system          7

- urinary system            6
- circulatory system      6

Today, my BSQ is :
- nervous system            1
- glandular system          5
- urinary system              5
- circulatory system        2
- structural system         1
My blood pressure is normal. I don’t have loose stool.
I lost 4 pounds. I don’t experiment fatigue in the afternoon.
I have a better posture.
At the beginning, my body temperature was 35,9 C, it is now 36,6 C.
Candida test is better but not perfect yet.
I sleep well. I feel calmer and peaceful.

Time : I found this to be very acceptable. I have appreciated ending the day being in a « ahha » state. I found it amazing how much information can be given in 15 minutes.
Participation : Being part of a team was very precious, especially with a team of persons I appreciate a lot. Mostly every day, we stayed on the line to share. This participation will continue after TAFYH given that we are doing the translation.
Education : The education I have received in the past few weeks is invaluable to me. It covers a range of subjects that allow to embrace health as a whole with more scientific knowledge.
Structure : This structure is a real support to sustain the rythm. No waste of time and focus on the intention of the course.
Information : New information every day! I am always happy to learn something new about health. I had to make some ajustment and say things differently. I hear me saying : « I didn’t know that before. If I had known it, I would have acted differently or made a different decision.»
Having the lessons in a print form so I could read the lessons when I as away was a big plus. Being able to review the information over and over again is a big plus too.
Commitment : Commitment is very important if I want to have the results at the end of the Program. I think that it brought ease.
Application : I will stay on Paleo Diet that I found easy to follow. I will continue to share my new understanding of the body fonctions and how quality nutrition and supplements can support the body to stay healthy and to recover health.

Implications : I will spread the information that TAFYH is available to everyone. I plan to do a TAFYH Program  before the end of this year.
Reaching others : Share, share and share. I will do follow-up with every participant in my Tag Team and inform them of a TAFYH Program available.
BSQ’s as form of measurement : A tool that I knew was available but I didn’t use it. It makes me aware of its value. I really like how it pinpoints the system that they need to work on. For every person I will receive in consultation, I will now use it.

TAFYH Tidbits

My name is Michele.
I became a TAFYH leader because I had a health issue I wanted to resolve. I read many books; I searched the internet. I talked to many people involved with health and everyone had different suggestions and different products.  For years I have been working with a naturopath to help with my IBS, allergies and food intolerances. Upon her suggestion, I enrolled in TAFYH. I tried many things but nothing worked as well as TAFYH, which presented me with the sound, scientifically documented educational information I needed to make the right choices regarding foods, super foods, supplements and herbals. I was truly empowered and confident with this information. TAFYH allowed me to take action for my own health with the guidance of a caring TAFYH leader and coach. (Donna Roth) Within a few short weeks I was feeling different. After experiencing a health crisis where my body rid itself of infection and parasites, I felt lighter, more energetic. My thoughts were clearer. My cellulite disappeared and abdominal cramps stopped.  By the end of TAFYH I got amazing results. I lost 10 lbs over the course of the program. I have found my dancer’s waistline again!! Well, almost, I’m at 29 inches! I got rid of total body inflammation. I got rid of intestinal parasites and cellulite. My skin glows. I have more mental clarity; I am more able to be objective. I have steady, stable and available energy. Most importantly, I have tools to evaluate my state of health and I know what to do when my body is out of balance. Not only did I get results, everyone in my team got results. Shauna has been cancer free longer on nutritional supplements than on chemotherapy. Chris, who is the CEO of a large corporation, sees the positive impact of his good health on the quality of day he and his employees have, Karen is full of exploding energy, Pat now has a deep respect for her body and conquered smoking. Margot, who is coping with squamous cell carcinoma, has experienced much needed deep cleansing after a reaction to anaesthesia and morphine.

 I then decided that I wanted to become a TAFYH leader and this is when I took the TAFYH training with Donna Roth and had the opportunity to hear the results that other TAFYH leaders experienced

As you may know, I am a mom of two beautiful boys, a two year old and a 5 month old.
When I started the TAFYH program my youngest son was only three months old and I had
phoned Donna to ask her when the next program would begin because I thought it was too
soon after giving birth to take this on. However, Donna convinced me to take part in this class
and I am very grateful for this. Although I can not take allot of the herbs because I am nursing I
have still had amazing results. I committed to exercising daily, re-committed to my food,
supplements and herbs, and started journaling. The results have been a weight loss from 120lbs
to 110lbs, my energy levels have skyrocketed as I don’t feel the urge to have to take a nap, even
though my sleep is interrupted about 2 or 3 times a night to feed. I used to lie awake in
between feeds, where now I feel I get more quality sleep. I feel like my “MOMMY BRAIN” is
getting better and my nerves have settled.However I do look forward to a month from now
when I can train my little guy to sleep through the night.

Time: The time allotted for the class on a daily basis was easily manageable although it cut into my morning work time. (11:30 am for me in Montreal) Fortunately my schedule is flexible and I was always able to happily accommodate for the lesson.  In twenty minutes, we are pressed to be attentive and concise. Goes to show how much one can get accomplished in a few minutes a day. I enjoyed taking my time at home going over the lesson and researching and really reflecting on the lessons, and my goals, and my progress. I found myself having a nice reason and motivation to wake up earlier to prepare for that day’s lesson. I must admit, sometimes I would spend a lot more time than I thought I would. I was definitely interested!! Time very well spent!!

Participation: One’s participation and involvement in this class directly impacts how much one gets out of it. I loved having contact with other participants on a daily basis, sharing questions and also life and health events. I love being held responsible for doing all my daily and weekly tasks and having them documented and shared with the group. I felt everyone’s sincere participation and desire to get healthy and change their lifestyle; this was empowering. I had a great Tag team that was just as involved in reading my journal and commenting and supporting me through this. Their participation definitely held me in those more difficult moments.


Education: So much of what I suspected about health and nutrition was confirmed in this class. I learned invaluable information and what stood out for me is the concept that herbs and supplements, if they are of good quality, will never hurt you. I enjoyed that the information wasn’t dumbed down. At this point, my curiosity has been piqued and I am motivated to learn more. I do believe this has catalyzed a career change for me!


Structure: The structure was clear, organized and logical. It helped to make the process efficient.


Information: I think the information that was chosen to be part of this class was carefully chosen and summarizes a lifetime of work and investigation and research and exploration. I am so grateful for this effort. What were shared were essential, fundamental concepts that are most important to know how to maintain health and to empower us to do so.


Commitment: For me, commitment came easily because I was so interested and had my own personal motivation to seek the truth.


Application: It was very nice for me to review some principles of Chinese medicine from the angle of nutrition. Having studied Chinese physiology in my massage therapy studies of shiatsu massage, all this rang true. What stands out for me is my personal success story with TAFYH. I was guided to trust when I feared the healing crisis, I experienced so clearly the various effects and benefits of taking the supplements on a daily basis, some of which I will include in my diet for the rest of my life!!! I feel I can guide and support anyone who chooses to do TAFYH or any kind of lifestyle change because I have struggled myself and have solid results to rely on.


Implications: When you know better, you do better! I work in the field of oncology as a massage therapist. I support people who go through the atrocities of chemotherapy, adjunct drug therapy, radiation and surgery. This course is the culmination of a year long process to find a better way!!! I have outgrown the hospital and current medical approach to cancer. I have cared for too many good people who have suffered and died unnecessarily as a result of the proposed treatments. Knowing what I know now, I must leave my job at the hospital as I am no longer able to participate in the drug “Empire”. I don’t know how I will transition or where I will end up. I have accumulated a lot of knowledge about cancer in the last 9 years and I wish to continue to help people with cancer but how I help them will change. I will keep you posted J


Reaching others: I feel compelled to help others and spread the truth about how simple health can be and how healing herbs and supplements are. I have the strength and determination to speak the truth and my deepest desire is to inspire others to take action and responsibility for their health.


BSQ as form of measurement: the BSQ is complete!!! It is simple to do and increases health and body awareness. Brilliant, good job to whoever designed it!!


Comments: I have nothing but good things to say about this course. I wish everyone could do this course. I wish I could teach this class to all my patients that are done chemotherapy treatments! I enjoyed the efficiency of this class. I found it hard to stay on course sometimes but that is because I am human and nothing worthwhile ever comes without effort. I feel lucky that Donna was my leader for this class. Thank you for supporting me through my health crisis and although it may have been frustrating at times to deal with my skepticism, I appreciate you repeating the same principles over and over until I got them! This was life enhancing and career changing!!

Time: I found that the time allocated for the lessons was well structured and to the point.
Participation: The participation portion of this training was invaluable because people would highlight points from the previous day's lesson that you missed and this helped you to go back and review the information for more helpful data
Education: The education had a lot of wow factor because this is information that is out there that is currently suppressed because it is cheap to apply and more effective than what we have been taught through the current information channels. The education is easy to apply and one has no excuse for taking responsibility for your own health.
Structure: The structure is solid and I would not change anything about that because it keeps us on track and on time.
Information: The information presented can easily overwhelm you because of its simplicity and because we have been exposed to bad education up till this point. it is not always easy to learn that you have been misled by people that you had trust. This does require that you have an open mind and be willing to apply these principles for yourself to prove that they are real and that the benefits will help you and those you love. This will help you and your family stay healthy and out of the doctors rooms in the future because diet is crucial for good health.
Commitment: In terms of commitment it is important to follow all the points laid out by this course in terms of your tag team accountability. It is small daily commitments that make the changes more achievable and with the journaling it helps you be aware of what you need to do to stay on track to make this successful.
Application: Having applied the basic principles taught in this course gives 1 confidence that you can help yourself in the future along with those that you love. We now have a blueprint for maintaining a healthy body. What makes this even more effective is that the products that we use are of the best quality that one can by.
Implications: There is a cause and effect principle that applies to all things that we do in life. Now that we have learned some of these principles we can now apply these and help others to learn about this. I have spoken to many people about this course and hopefully they will reach out and do the course to educate themselves. People express interest but unfortunately they will wait until they are faced with a dire consequence before they take action rather than looking at this as an insurance policy against losing your quality of life.
Reaching Others: In terms of reaching others, the most effective way is to speak to those people that you know as they trust you and when you get results after applying these principles they will talk to people that they know and this probably be the most effective way of reaching others. Although you can talk until you are blue in the face the ultimate way is to lead by example and apply these things and people will start to notice the results that you are achieving and only then will you have a perceptive person.
BSQ’s as form of measurement: I love the BSQ’s!! I found that the people I asked to do them were very open to them and purchased product.  They see that it is a snapshot of their health.
I really like how it pinpoints the system that they need to work on.
I can follow up with them and do another BSQ and get all their systems working properly.  As a health coach I can see how you could work with a person for a while getting their different systems under control. An excellent tool!
Comments: The questionnaire is a good self-assessment and people are not intimidated by it or feel that you are interrogating them about their health. They have full control of the answers that they provide and makes them more open to look at the facts that they themselves have put down on paper.
This questionnaire allows the individual to compare two points in time and is a convincing measurable for the improvement made.
The Nature's Sunshine Products are the best.

This was a very good investment to make and I will happily recommend this course.

3. Success story; my pains I would get under my left rib cage after meals has disappeared.  Overall body aches and pains are zero. I am sure that the latter aches were due to body wide inflammation, i.e. sore /achey joints, muscle pains and feelings of general unhappiness have gone. My attitude is more positive than ever because of the exercises that we had to complete during the TAFYH course.

The cleanses are simple and I will be doing many gall/liver cleanses as I have a history with gall bladder attacks.  This will also diminish because of my daily dietary changes (cutting out bad stuff) but I will have to clean up the past bad habits(gall stones) that still linger in my body.

My oldest son has responded well to the new education of cutting out sugar and adding healthier options.  He is not perfect yet so he sis a work in progress.

My weight has reduced from 91.6 kg to 87.6 kg (4 kg = 8.8 lbs) was effortless
BP start was 118/80 end is 120/75
Body temp start 36.2 C  and is now 36.5 C

This course is effective because you are help accountable. There are many people who are starving for this information but do not realize it is so easily accessible and easy to understand and implement. I have spoken to many about this course so hopefully they will not wait until they  have a health crisis before taken action.

HEALTH PLAN

A - activate = maintain exercising for a minimum of 20 minutes per day and make it fun
B - build = follow the breakfast smoothie with lunch salad and meat and veggies for dinner
C - cleanse = keep doing the kidney/bowel and liver cleanses at least once per month for maintenance or more during times of illness
D - keep the focus on the body system that needs work namely my lungs
E - express gratitude =  I have a journal that I fill in daily with 5 things that I am grateful for that day. This will help you stay positive during times of difficulty.

My Success Story by Chris

I am a true believer in the universal law of attraction and that my thoughts and energy guide me through life.  It was not a fluke that I found you or you found me.  I attracted this program to me and I am very happy I did.  The immediate results that I have experienced are only the beginning of my success.  I’m certain that my major story may never be told.  Living healthy with the principles of TAFYH will certainly be a long healthy positive love filled life.  My immediate results are most clearly:
1.       My psoriasis is better – I am confident that it will be cleared up soon.  Having just received my silver cream, I think it will really help speed up the process.
2.       My digestive system is feeling much better.  Again, I can tell that I’m on the path to perfect health
3.       My mood is the biggest improvement.  I am able to maintain a high energy positive attitude.  Very little depressed feelings anymore.


My Health Plan

My plan is to be in perfect health.  To never have a disease to live a strong and healthy life.  To have a strong powerful mind.  Thoughts become things.
1.       Psoriasis – continue to work on my leaky gut and cleaning my blood.  Using the silver gel and clear it up.
2.       Get my kids off sugar and bread
3.       Teach my sister about the program and work with her daughter to fix or at least help with her diabetes.
4.       Strengthen my mind. 
5.       Continue to use the herbals that make me healthy
