Personal Health Plan

PERSONAL HEALTH PLAN by /Donna , TAFYH Grad
A – ACTIVATE: 
-          20 minutes of exercise twice daily (walking, chi machine, rebounder)
-          ionic breathing twice daily
-          8 Cat’s Claw daily (lymphatic system)
B – BUILD:
-          No grains, sugar, legumes, dairy
-          Eat red meat, chicken, fatty fish, chicken, vegetables, eggs, berries
-          Chlorophyll in water daily
-          2 smoothies daily (Chinese Mineral Chi Tonic, Solstic Energy, Flax Hull Lignans, Collatrim Plus, Chlorophyll, Green Zone, Berries and Water
C – CLEANSE:
-          Monthly bowel cleanse (Psyllium Hulls and Chlorophyll with Water)
-          Monthly Kidney Cleanse (Chlorophyll, Water with Lemon, K, Hydrangea)
-          Monthly Liver Cleanse (LIV-C, Hydrangea)
-          Oral Chelation (for 6 months)
D – DIRECT:
-          Glandular (Mineral Chi Tonic)
-          Circulatory (MC, CoQ10)
