Here is My Health Statement

Here is my health statement ;
I wake up to the first rays of light streaming in through the window, and feel my body awash in gratefulness.   I bounce out of bed with the spryness and enthusiasm of a child on Christmas morning.  Today, the gift of life is waiting for me again, and I silently thank my body for vibrating with health.
I hum to myself as I wander to the kitchen to take my supplements and make my smoothie to begin my day.  I am thankful for this routine which has me loving each more day than the last, and feeling younger, more energetic, and full of vitality each day.

I eat the right foods, breathe, exercise, commit and create health unconsciously as a habit each day, and give thanks to my family, friends, and partner for their loving support.  My health fills me with possibilities and I gain greater clarity, insight, and happiness each day as I relax into the vital health of my body.by Peter

I am accessing the infinite source of God, the Universe’s energy at all times and am connected to its source of all. I vibrate in the energy of love. I lovingly release all block, resistance, thought patterns that prevent me from having optimal health.
I am becoming the health change that I want to be and what I was meant to be. I am committed to a lifelong learning to continuously improve and keep healthy.
I accept and allow the following or something better to manifest my health for me and all involved for the highest good, as follows:
-          My brain is clear and has all the Omegas and functioning perfectly with all the oxygen needed
-          I sleep soundly through the night with 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep.
-          My endocrine system functions perfectly
-          My blood pressure is 115/75
-          My ph is 7.2
-          My circulation is perfect and have a comfortable feeling in my knees and legs
-          I breathe effortlessly
-          I have physical stamina of a 30 yr old body
-          My toes are clear of all fungus
-          My lumbar and total spine is relaxed and perfectly aligned with all of its nervous system conducting perfectly
-          My digestive system functions optimally without gas, bloating and constipation, inflammation, IBS, nor leaky gut. My liver & gallbladder are healthy and clear
-          All my hormones are balanced.

Having good health is the optimum state of wellbeing for me and I am taking full responsibility for my health.  This is a journey, and I have already met some wonderful guides along this journey, but ultimately I am the one who threads my path of health.
I am committed, spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically to supporting this journey.
I am choosing to befriend supplements, gratefulness, physical activity and learning.

TAFYH Evaluation:

Commitment: A phone call 15 minutes, 5 days a week for eight weeks, reading the material, doing the assignments. It is not a huge commitment of time, but it is a huge commitment towards one's health.
Participation: Lessons included assignments which gave us an opportunity to put into practice what we learned. Everyone had a chance to speak and point out what concepts in the lesson stood out for them. It's good support to be part of a small group with everyone sharing and going through the program together.
Information/Education: I am impressed with the breadth and depth of information in each lesson. After beginning the class I became aware at how little I actually knew about how the body systems work (or don't work) in harmony. I wondered how could I have lived in my body for so long without having much of an understanding of how it all works. I will use this knowledge for the rest of my life.
 Structure: The structure of each class made it very easy to follow. We always knew what the expectations were. It was a quick 15 minutes every morning. Donna is a master teacher and is skilled at keeping us on task and not wasting time.
Application: I now understand how to make decisions for my own health and also can help others. In fact, even though that is not what I set out to do I can't help but want to share the information about this program with all those who are willing to lend an ear.
Implications: The implications are huge in not only affecting my own health - physical, mental and emotional - but passing it on to affect the health and well-being of others. Since beginning the program I have passed the information on to many friends and acquaintances. One of my friends started the TAFHY class this week.
The BSQ is an easy to understand, straightforward measurement tool which helps a person realize how their symptoms relate to certain body systems and which systems may need priority attention. A follow up BSQ shows how health symptoms can improve by following the program.

Thanks to Donna for sharing all this information and her expertise, and thanks to each one in our TAFYH group for their commitment and sharing as we went through the program together.

I have the BEST health I’ve had my whole life. I am aware of my physical, emotional,
mental, and spiritual wholeness. I have clarity in my thinking, energy to do the things
required of me, and the additional things I would “like” to do. My digestion is working
well and my elimination is a regular, functioning system! My circulation is supported
with walking, supplements, and stockings....the discomfort in my legs is minimal!
I love my life, my family and the amazing people I am honored to know. Being

Certain issues have disappeared like irregular bowel movements or constipation and sinusitis gone.
Other conditions have occurred like lymph nodes swelling and decreasing with cleansing happening. The impact of the extraction of 2 teeth and eliminating non-foods from my diet remains to be seen the impact in the incidents of cancer in my prostate and my right kidney. A cyst on the top of my left kidney and a cyst on my pineal gland is also of concern. All of the above are being watched by relevant specialist doctors for any increase or decrease in size. Up to this point these issues have remained the same as when first discovered or slightly reduced in size without the use of drugs or any other treatment. More time will have them become a non issue and have them disappear and have the questions asked  “What had that happen? What did you do?” If any one is willing to listen I will have lots to say about that thanks to the TAFYH Program.

Success Stories
My sinuses have cleared up thus I can breathe freely. Sharp small stabbing pains have disappeared. 
The propensity for bronchitis is gone. No more coughing up of mucous, clear or coloured. 
I sleep through the night consistently.
I healed quickly after the extraction two root canal teeth using Silver Guard to rinse my mouth during the time after the surgery. I did not take any antibiotic after either of these dental surgeries
I eat less volume of the most nutritional food. I now know what nourishes my body and what does not. I have lost 7 pounds in the first 2 weeks to have my ideal weight of 166 pounds came back as it was at 25 years old and stayed level for the past 6 weeks.

I stopped taking all medications to reduce high blood platelet count. My blood platelet count lowered by 4% between blood tests done monthly. I look forward to not taking any medications which I was told were needed for the rest of my life to handle this condition.

I look forward to more test reports regarding cancerous conditions in the areas of my kidneys and prostate. These areas have been monitored semi-annually for 7 years since revealed to me.  A slow progression of minor concern has happened without any biopsies, medications, chemotherapies or surgery. I look forward to have all occurrences of cancers in my body disappear by using what I have gotten from this therapeutically nutritional program.

My candida saliva test has improved by 50% so far and has consistently improved over the weeks during this program.

Fungal growth appearing as small bumps on my skin in a couple of places has decreased in size.

I had itchy skin and scratched for relief even at night while I was asleep. I am not itching anymore.
Abdominal discomfort and painful cramps are gone with regular elimination of my intestinal tract as a result of cleansing Super Foods consumption.

I have been freely sharing with people about what I’m creating for my health and have them wanting to find out more about what they can do for themselves and their friends and family who have more serious conditions they are dealing with.

Evaluation:

This TAFYH program is the most transformational education program that I have ever encountered to address my health and wellbeing. The content and volume of information allows me to put into action what I learned and address health conditions and issues.  I now can take personal responsibility for.
This is a real awakening to the truth of what is really happening in my body. This gives me the access to be empowered and discover what true health is made of. I am free to take the actions that make a real difference for my health and others I share my new experience of aliveness with.

 It started with one spoken word to Donna during a final Q and A during a presentation in November: “Menopause”. She also responded with one word: “Candida”.  I wanted relief so I was in. As a teacher and mom, my life is busy so I was overwhelmed at taking on one more thing. However, my daughter Dhyan was struggling with an eating disorder and erratic mood swings. My husband Kulwant has a heart condition. I wanted to get out of it and Donna said, “you will never have enough time” and “imagine the difference you can make for your daughter and husband”. That was it, I was in.  So, I took it on because I committed daily during the 15 minute calls on my commute to work.  I was off the grains, bread, sugar, and most caffeine ( I still take green tea and the occasional coconut milk latte). I am also a committed vegetarian.

·        I am much more conscious about my eating. My emotional eating habits are in check (no longer relying on food to soothe my heartache or disappointment)

Time: As I started to structure my health and well being as a priority the time constraints seemed to sort themselves out. I let go of other things that took my time and were not as important. I grew to value the time I devoted to all aspects of this education as I experienced results.

Participation: This aspect had me actually do the assignments. It was simple and effective and it made a difference for me to listen to others’ ahas and concepts that stood out from each lesson. It was an efficient way to structure in the “work” and cleanses without feeling like it was a “big deal’.

Education: This was fascinating to me! The information was well organized and easy to understand. I really got the message that I want to take on my own health through education and practice so I don’t just rely on what doctors tell me to be true.  For the first time in my life I feel like I am responsible for my health and well  being and I want to take it on.

Structure: The structure worked for me. It was planned clearly and led powerfully by Donna Roth. Your passion and commitment to everyone’s health always shone through. I felt it. Leadership inspires me. Your leadership, Donna, inspired me to take action.

Information: The information presented was so rich and interesting. Reading and preparing and completing the commitments took extra time daily because I was interested.  Yes… along with my daily work and family schedules my days during TAFYH were very full.  I also enjoyed sharing the information with my colleagues and students (in an elementary school) and with my TAG team , and my family.  I wish I had more time to research and go deeper especially with the Chinese Elements.

Commitment: The daily commitments kept me accountable. I struggled with building the exercise into my daily routine. I moved and jumped and danced, but did not really take this aspect on fully.  I am now ready to make exercise a priority.

Application: I am really interested in strengthening my own health and inspiring others in my family and friendship circles to also.  It is tough to tell others what to do. I found with the very physical positive changes and results it was so natural to share what I was doing with others.  TAFYH is part of a personal journey that everyone needs to do and not everyone is ready or willing to do. I feel stronger and more confident to share information with those who are willing to take on their health.

Implications: I can see much more clearly why some of my students have challenges in their development – academically, emotionally, physically, and socially. I also see this with many adults. Poor diet, lack of nutrition and water and exercise is robbing people of quality of life.
I really feel strongly about sharing this knowledge with my students. I had already created and “No sugary sweet birthday cupcakes and goodie bags” zone in my classroom.  Parents are welcome to share fruits and vegetables for celebrations and that is it! I felt bad initially as the other teachers do allow treats in the classroom. Now after TAFYH I am really happy that I am sticking to my convictions about children’s health in the classroom.  My family eats way better too!

Reaching Others: I have received a lot of positive support through this journey.  People are more understanding of food sensitivities and I am amazed at the quality resources in the world. I like talking about health and wellness with others and I feel my concepts of  body systems has significantly expanded.

BQS as a form of measurement: This is a very accurate tool and I found it so easy to use and very informative.


Comments: I am grateful for the opportunity to participate in TAFYH program with you, Donna, and the other participants. I appreciated and learned from everyone’s sharing. I do feel like I’m just now coming to life and experiencing a new  found vitality.  I do cheat a little on my diet…however not much as asthma and hot flashes are too high a price to pay for a moment’s pleasure on the lips! Thank you, Donna, for your passion, generosity of sharing your time and knowledge with me. It truly has begun to turn my life around. It is worth the extra time I take everyday to prepare the day’s supplements and right food each morning.  It is an act of self  love and I learned that in a big way from you and this fabulous training.

I really liked the common sense approach to these classes; Donna has made it simple and easy to understand. The amount of comprehensible information is astounding in such a short amount of time: 15 minutes every day. This has been one of the best courses I have ever invested in and once again my intuition has guided me to receive the answers I have been looking for not only for myself but to also assist others on their healing journeys.
This education is not taught anywhere else, we now know more about the body’s functions, needs and issues than most in the medical field. I have an even stronger conviction to knowing my own body and how to take full responsibility for my wellness. The
I feel strong, courageous and confident to assess any and all health situations and to figure out what to suggest for a miracle in healing also known as a common sense approach, using herbs in doses that create a therapeutic approach. Committing to the classes, the smoothies, exercising, eating right, connecting and sharing with my friends has helped me to change my old habits and to look forward to knowing the challenges that we all face in forming new habits. Some may not be ready or willing to accept a new way of dealing with old body issues. But then some might be ready to hear this, as my responsibility, I will reach out my hand and share this information. Some will some won’t, next…
The Body System Questionnaire is an excellent tool to see what is really going on in a body and the ABCD is a great way to address the issues. Both the health coach and the client can use this tool as a measure to their health and their weaknesses.
In these 8 weeks my BSQ has gone from 52 to 23 and although I didn’t have any gnawing health issues I have noticed the following:

*A newfound alertness when I awaken in the morning.
*My body temperature is beginning to steadily rise
*I lost 5 lbs
*I have lost my taste for wine and all alchohol, after having a glass of wine most evenings with dinner for the past several years, I simply don’t want it anymore.

As for my husband, this is what has changed and is changing:

*he has stopped eating sugar and sweets, he has had a sweet tooth or what I now know to be an addiction to sugar for many years.
*he chooses to get more sleep and go to bed earlier (he is a night owl)
*he doesn’t sleep in as long on  the weekends
*his elimination is more complete
*He feels good when he is working out
*he doesn’t eat as much as he used to

In conclusion, I am grateful for the opportunity to receive this information and knowledge and am looking forward to assisting others who are desiring to upgrade their currant state of health.

A.        TAFYH Evaluation
Time: Although there was a commitment to 31 days, 15 minutes was enough to capture our attention, and share the needed information.  
Participation: The participative-teaching approach was valuable.  The “learn and do approach” was very informative.  We immediately learned the correct way to execute the cleansing and shared our results.
Education: The TAFYH program reignited me to complete my projects in order to get my Naturopathic certification.  I had forgotten how passionate I was about learning and health.  The mini course is a great way to give you a lot of information in a short period of time.  The material covered was extremely informative and concise.  This type of education platform is very much appreciated when we have so many other things vying for our attention.
Structure: The structure was perfect and predictable. 
Information: The information was well received.  I thoroughly enjoyed relearning the material that had already been shared with me with Lise Harbeck.  I had forgotten some of the details, but revisiting them again was truly welcoming.
Commitment:  I had a hard time committing in the beginning.  The first 2-3 lessons were tough for me.  After the first 3 lessons, it became routine.  I suffer from CFS and Fibromyalgia and have a hard time committing to anything because of energy issues.  However, by committing to eating better and drinking my smoothie, the low energy was rarely an issue.
Application:  When I was studying Naturopathy, there were so many protocols that I needed to learn. The TAFYH program helped revisit specific healing protocols and they were offered in a timely fashion.  It was easier to follow.  My husband did the Kidney Cleanse, and my son is doing the Liver Cleanse, to be followed by the gallbladder cleanse.   My daughter is on the Para Pak cleanse.  So the whole family is healing right now.
Implications: My family is “awake” about the health system and we eat healthier than most ‘ordinary’ families.  It is not always obvious to educate people about becoming healthier without doctors, but it has been and continues to be my mission to teach about health, but only to those who are ready to learn/listen.
Reaching Others:  By studying health education, I hope to become a role model.   I am still dealing with my health issues, but I have come a long way since 2010, which is when I first embarked in the NSP/health journey.  I have started to become a role model as some are already reaching out to me without my asking.
BSQ’s as form of measurement:  I had my son and my husband fill out the BSQ’s.  They are using the supplements, especially my son.  He is healing his adrenals as well.  It is a great form of measurement that I will use for future consultations.  I also purchased Steven Horne’s “Nature’s Sunshine Products”, a few years ago (4th edition) and am so glad to have revisited the BSQ.
Comments: I was disappointed at the beginning of the course. I spent a lot of money on the purchase on NSP products, only to discover I have a lot of sensitivities to the products. I have very high sensitivities to Ginger (Mineral Chi Tonic, LBSII) and citric acid (Colatrim), and could not use these products because they seriously upset my stomach.  I was able to recycle the products to my family.  However, because of this experience, I learned more about my issues and what other foods I should stop consuming in order to avoid sensitivity issues.  With an open mind and a trusting attitude, I grew and am healing myself, but Chinese blends are too strong for me right now.  However, the Cat’s Claw combination became my best friend while I was detoxing my lymph.

I personally felt very discouraged after the second week of the program as I got sick with flu, fever and a bad cough that lasted for a couple weeks. I was also experimenting rashes and was afraid to lose weight because of the paleo diet. As we are brought to know is that the body can be stressed by drastic measures that act as cleansers. I kept ongoing and raised my intake of Cat’s Claw as suggested for infections, made some research on paleo friendly weight gainer ideas. I recovered from my flu and stopped being anxious about losing weight. Still though, I kept wondering if TAFYH was the right program for me, I was not seeing any major difference. But then, I came to realize that I have been through 40 years of “toxic” habits, so reversing those years will take some time as well. I was looking forward to compare my final BSQ results with my initial ones. And there it was, proof that in time I will gain the perfect health I am looking for as my overall score went down from 74 to 61. I am amazed!!! But mostly I am encouraged to pursue.

With a written health plan I can look forward to a promise: my health will improve and be restored to its optimal potential.

1.   Activate

a.       I exercise 5 to 7 times a week, for a minimum of 30 min. outdoors for fresh air.
b.      I do ionic breathing 5 to 7 times a week, until it becomes easy.
c.       I take 4 Cat’s Claw per day.

2.   Build

a.       I eat right, by adopting a 70/30 paleo diet program.

Time: The duration of each lesson themselves is short and sweet. Finding time for the 15 minutes telephones conversation is somewhat easy.
Participation: Knowing that you will not be alone on the phone line ensures that you do your homework, it is a great incentive. The assignments are very valuable and can rapidly be put in action.
Education: A goldmine of information was shared with us in a way that makes it easy to transmit to others. 
Structure: At the beginning I felt lost and overwhelmed, but rapidly, the consistency in the presentation, the repetitiveness of the phone lessons and the emails made it easy to grasp at the fast pace.
Information: Since I study naturopathy, most of the information that was shared was already known. But, the sequence for the themes and the action we must apply made it more concrete. It is wonderful that we can be given each lessons in writing, otherwise though I do not know how I would have made it through.
Commitment: Having to officially commit in writing to the program is a great idea, it made me take real action into accomplishing what was proposed.
Application: This is a detailed and explicit program that makes it as easy as 1, 2, 3 to apply. A turnkey program for any health practitioner.
Implications: The more you discover about basic health habits and recovering health methods the more you really change. But you get to a point where there is no turning around.  When we become conscious about a truth we can never go back to the place where we didn’t know. Now every choices made comes with an understanding of the consequences, good or bad.
Reaching Others: TAFYH is a good tool for anyone interested in helping others gaining a better health, it is a global approach which forces individuals to take real action and ownership for their own health.
BSQ’s as form of measurement: The BSQ’s is a valuable questionnaire. It clearly demonstrate our weaknesses and helps determine on which system to start working on. Comparing our own results in a period of time confirms improvements and encourages us to keep up with the change in habits.
Comments: I wish to thank Donna Roth, who brought the TAFYH program together and whom shared it in Quebec. Regardless of the end results, anyone who goes through this program will perform a change either emotional, physical or spiritual. It makes us plant a seed and if we properly water it, we can make it grow to be a tree.  I wish to also thank you Michele Bastien, as my TAFYH leader, I thought that you are very kind, inspiring and always so positive. It was helpful when you were sharing your own experiences, for example your health statement, vision board, cleanse reactions, etc. You are a very loving person and we could feel it from a distance.

Time: I liked the time required for each lesson and assignment. Anything worth doing is going to take a little bit of time. 15 minutes/day for lessons was perfect – it was easy to fit it into the nooks and crannies of my day. Yes, that’s right, I took a call in the subway, and another call at a restaurant…and one at work. You can learn anywhere!!

Participation: I loved my group and felt comfortable participating in all of the calls and assignments. Repetition, reading our Aha’s and Concepts out load, etc helped me to retain new information easily. We learn by repeating! The cleanses were an excellent assignment.

Education: I LOVE to think outside the box. I have learned so much and I’m excited about it. 99% of the information in TAFYH was brand new for me  - and guess what?!? It worked! I was empowered with new knowledge and I improved my health.
I only wished the written lessons included proper references/footnotes. TAFYH quotes important scientific research, which means that the studies, books and reference materials should also be provided. I care about the validity of research. It helps me trust what I’m learning. It helps to legitimize and contextualize the information. I had doubts about the some of the quoted studies because I had no idea where the research was coming from, the methods used, etc. Personal anecdotes are relatable but are they scientifically valid?
It seems like the research and knowledge in T.A.F.Y.H. is bang on – so why not put the proof with the pudding?

Structure: Excellent. The structure helped us to stay on task and within the 15 minute time-frame. It made it easier to stay committed.
Information: I loved getting a lot of new information thrown at me. All of the information was useful and I know I’ll be referring back to it all the time. The format of the information made it easy to digest.
Commitment: I loved committing to my health every single day. It meant that little “oppsie” moments no longer mattered. Every day was a chance to start fresh and to re-commit. It was a great skill to practice with a lot of support – I think I will be able to continue this on my own.
Application:  I plan to continue to apply TAFYH concepts and habits from now on. I am willing to share my knowledge to help anyone who needs it (and is open to receiving the kind of help I can offer).
Implications: The implications of this program are profound. Before my leader extended the opportunity to participate in TAFYH, I had been exploring what self love means to me. Through TAFYH, I have had the opportunity to explore this question in a tangible way every single day. My attitude toward exercise has also completely changed. I feel amazing about every bit of activity and exercise I do. I have a much more positive outlook on health than I’ve ever had before. Thank you!
Reaching Others: I’ve always been passionate about anything I’ve been involved in. I can’t help but to share my experience with others in natural, open, honest conversation.
BSQ’s as form of measurement: BSQs are fun. I like to share them with others. I also loved to see my own progress – the numbers getting smaller!!

Comments: This is a beautiful course. I cannot say what a gift it has brought into my health and my life. It has immense value. Thank you.
