With a written health plan I can look forward to a promise: my health will improve and be restored to its optimal potential.

1.   Activate

a.       I exercise 5 to 7 times a week, for a minimum of 30 min. outdoors for fresh air.
b.      I do ionic breathing 5 to 7 times a week, until it becomes easy.
c.       I take 4 Cat’s Claw per day.

2.   Build

a.       I eat right, by adopting a 70/30 paleo diet program.
b.      I take a super food smoothie daily.

3.   Cleanse

a.       I do the parasites cleanse.
b.      I take psyllium fibers daily, to rid by bode of toxins.
c.       I take water with chlorophylle.

4.   Direct Aid

a.       I balance the high acidity of my body to better work on my intestinal and hepatic system, has it is a cause to my general weaknesses.

5.   Express Gratitude

a.       I journal my daily gratitude.
