TAFYH is consice, important, and simple to understand
I was taught how to apply the knowledge.
I was accountable.
I learned how the body works and I am now able to help others.
My TAG team was amazing.

Jackie:
BSQ score down from 32 to 21
Chest infection has cleared up
Lost 17 pounds in total
Afternoon fatigue is gone.
Great energy all day long.
Tumour in the left breast has reduced in size
Fear is gone and I am peaceful and happy
We have developed a belief system and it takes energy to undo that.
I GET IT!
I am staying on course.
I received a breast cancer diagnosis in June 2011.
I realized the power of gratitude,
I especially loved being part of a group.
I found the information very interesting, exciting and manageable.
We each got a chance every call to have our questions answered and to give our input on the lessons and intentions for the day
While Donna will tell you she’s not a healer, I disagree.  I have experienced her iridology analysis and muscle testing first hand, and when combined with her 30 years experience and health mandate to teach people how to heal themselves, I do feel she is an inspired healer.
I studied biochemistry in university, and still found much of this information new and exciting.
For me this is potentially life changing, as I am also looking at becoming a TAFYH Coach to help other people get support in their healing.  Healing ourselves can be so simple.
The power is in my own health success. I have a big story that I can share with people and hopefully open space in their minds to consider that there are better holistic ways to heal oneself.
I have really enjoyed the program and would recommend it to everyone.  I feel it is my responsibility to tell people about this, but ultimately you cannot make them listen.

Loretta
BSQ is down from 47 to 19.
I have not slept so good in 30 years.
Itchy back is gone.
No more gall bladder flare-ups.
Completed the gallbladder cleanse and passed 3 big dissolved stones.
Swollen ankle is gone.
Lost 7 pounds
Visceral fat is down from 6 to 5
Metabolic age is down from 46 years to 38!
TAFYH is brilliant.
TAFYH is only 15 minutes first thing in the morning; it can be done from anywhere; no excuses for not doing it.
The information is incredible.
Health does not happen overnight; little steps = big results
We all learn why bodies break down and the importance of taking supplements.

Patty:
BSQ score is down from 64 to 24.
No more sinus headaches
Mental stress has subsided
Bloating is gone.
Absent mindedness is gone.
Fatigue and low energy is gone.
Candida decreased by 80%
Lost 7 pounds.
Body temperature increased from 94 to 95.
As an approach to treating disease by addressing the 5 Pillars is a complete paradigm shift and now that the picture has become clear, there is no turning back and I am convinced I will vanquish the diagnosis of stage 3b melanoma.
I am committed and I am eager to become a TAFYH coach.
There is time for questions at the beginning of the call; you were so accessible and I appreciated that.
I was diagnosed with leukemia and melanoma and I was given a lot of scary information. I was pressured into surgery by the convincing action of the doctors.
I felt Donna's passion when I had a consultation with her in June 2016. I was really scared!
I especially appreciate the message you give of not letting the medical world scare you into quick action.
I have already been able to reach others with the message that cancer, and all disease is a metabolic disorder and that the 5 pillars of injury, infection, inflammation, elimination and circulation must be addressed
I loved the structure in TAFYH.
I started taking the herbals on faith because of Donna’s track record and her passion
I had rejected the idea of having a groin dissection to remove my lymph nodes where they had found some melanoma.  After the lesson on the lymphatic system, I was so relieved that I followed my gut
I am going to miss being on the TAFYH calls because they gave me great focus.

Laurice:
Diagnosed with breast cancer 6 years ago, had mastectomy, chemo,  then it metasticized to the bones, more chemo,
MRI showed more metastasis, more chemo, blurred vision, could not walk, could not eat, was like a vegetable, kept gaining weight
palms were burning, toes were burning, "I decided to quit all this!"
Did 7 weeks of TAFYH
Burning palms are gone.
Discolouring of hands and feet are gone
Now is able to sleep 6 hours
Lost 8 pounds
Bloating is gone
"I can breathe!"
Blood pressure dropped from 140/100 to 130/80
Blood sugar is down from 130 to 80
I can now walk for 20 minutes without losing my breath
Energy is back!
I will miss this group.
The material was very good and it helped me learn.
I really enjoyed TAFYH and I am going to do it one more time.
The information in TAFYH is smooth and clear.

Barb:
BSQ score down from 100 to 50
Digestive problems, bloating, gas, discomfort are gone." The program helped me immensely."
Body temperature increased from 35.7 to 37

Evaluation by Diane Sept 1/2016

TIME.    Very good way to start the day!  First things first!

PARTICIPATION.    This is not just a passive class, but I liked the     Boot Camp approach. It's the first step in making new lifestyle habits

EDUCATION.    I appreciated very much learning how to be personally responsible for my own health and others. I learned how to discern what I need and why.

STRUCTURE.     It was always consistent and positive

INFORMATION.    It was concise, important, and simple to understand. Seeing the personal and practical benefit is what is important. It's knowledge that is needed and we were taught how to apply that knowledge.

COMMITTMENT.    I found it a challenge to be completely focused on vacation away from the class, but knowing I was still accountable helped me to stay committed, and successful.

APPLICATION.    When I was thinking about this it looked like this to me....Two vehicles pulled into a gas station. Mr A's was many years old, but it was in pristine condition. The paint glistened, the windows sparkled, the chrome gleamed, the upholstery and carpets looked brand new. If you lifted the hood, everything was clean, and when it was started, it just hummed. Mr B was parked beside. This vehicle was newer, but you wouldn't think so. Under the thick coating of dirt and mud were scratches and dents that were plentiful. Pieces of the fender were tied together with wire. Inside was even worse. The upholstery and carpet had burn holes, stains, and shredded rips. The window had a variety of designs due to the numerous cracks and chips. And pieces were being held together with duck tape. And it didn't hum.
What was the difference?  Respect. Mr A valued his vehicle and maintained it with a sense of pride. He put time and effort into it. Mr B didn't. But the story doesn't end there. Mr B looked at Mr A's vehicle and thought long and hard. The time had come for a change. Mr B went home and got right to work. Lots of research and time and effort later.....yes....Mr B's vehicle was restored!  It is now also in showroom condition and humming along. Mr B is a very happy man.
We all want to respect what we have and look after it, putting in the time and effort to make meaningful new habits.

COMMENTS. Donna I am so grateful to have been able to take this course. I feel like I am in a position where I can take responsibility for my health, and hopefully help others to do the same. I appreciated your commitment and dedication to helping others. Thank you.

TAFYH Evaluation

Time: Best time of the day for me.  It allowed me to prepare the day before and participate early in the morning which also allowed me to get on with the rest of my day.

Evaluation by Barb Sept 1/2016

Participation: I enjoyed the interaction between myself and other participants on the course.  It brings home the point you are not alone in the journey of seeking better health.  Being accountable daily helps you stay focussed on your health and the commitment needed to improve it. Practicing what we had learned on the TAFYH program was a great way to absorb the information being provided.

Education: The education I have received over the last eight weeks has been very useful and informative.   This has provided me with the opportunity to help others with their health issues.

Structure: The structure was the same each day. I therefore knew what was expected of me each day.

Commitment: 15 minutes a day is not that much to give up.  Most people spend more time than that at the coffee shop or at the gym. Not sure how that would work for people who start work early or who have to be on the road early.

Application: The TAFYH program has helped me better understand how supplements and the body work together and how much we need them.
Implications: The implications of all I have learned are hard to get my head wrapped around. What the medical profession would have us all believe is not always what is best for our health.  It is sometimes hard to convince people of this.  They believe the medical profession would not be untruthful and prescribe things that would harm us.  How wrong they are!

Reaching Others: It’s inspiring to me to let others know what they think about their health is not necessarily the right thing for their health.

BSQ’s as form of measurement: I thought the BSQ’s were a very useful tool to analyze my current state of health.  People I know who have tried the BSQ are amazed and sometimes shocked what is going on with their health and it enlightens them what steps they need to take to remedy the situation.  They can see their progress later when they score another BSQ.

Comments: I am very grateful to have had the opportunity to participate on this course.  I want to thank you for all the effort that went into building the course.  However, I did find the daily affirmations repetitive and boring.  I think with some careful reviewing it could be improved. I really enjoyed this program and the knowledge gained from it.  Great job!!

TAFYH Evaluationby Jackie Sept 1/2016

TAFYH Evaluationby Jackie Sept 1/2016

Introduction:  I received a breast cancer diagnosis in June 2011. Apart from the biopsy and initial tests, I followed an alternative route.  I have been researching Alternative Health solutions for the last 5 years. This has been an intuitive journey all the way and I was quick to surround myself with my own TAG team right from the beginning – because everyone needs unbiased support.  With the development of a 2nd breast lump in August 2014, I was convinced that it was all the same journey -  not a new threat from metasized cancer. I continued to research,  attend conferences and look for credible and scientifically supported solutions.  My criteria were; there had to sound science behind the therapy, I had to be able to get support – talk to an exper, and I had to be able to speak with successful individuals. Prior to coming across Donna, I had recently switched to a Paleo Ketogenic diet and I had come to the conclusion that we have to find the root cause of the disease in order to heal the body. I was convinced that the allopathic model treated the symptoms and did not support the body in its healing.  I do believe that there can be merit in surgery in certain conditions to reduce the cancer mass, but certainly do not support either radiation or chemotherapy as healing modalities. To finally be connected to Donna Roth in Kelowna – practically my own back yard, has been a god send.  While Donna will tell you she’s not a healer, I disagree.  I have experienced her iridology analysis and muscle testing first hand, and when combined with her 30 years experience and health mandate to teach people how to heal themselves, I do feel she is an inspired healer.

Time:   The 15 minute daily call at 7:45 am PT M – F, turned out to be very manageable and easy to schedule before my own day got started.

Participation:  I especially loved being part of a group.  It made me feel that I wasn’t the only one striving for better health – that we are not alone in our journey.  When you choose to go alternative it is often a lonely and unsupported route to travel.  We each got a chance every call to have our questions answered and to give our input on the lessons and intentions for the day. The format of the call helped to ground us in our commitment as we developed new life supporting habbits.

Education:  Over the 2 month TAFYH program we covered 30 essential lessons on how our body systems work and how herbs and super foods heal from the inside out. I couldn’t believe how much information could be communicated in our daily  5-7 min lessons in combination with assignments like listening to the occasional YouTube presentations or reading additional interesting articles. I studied biochemistry in university, and still found much of this information new and exciting.

Structure: I enjoyed the format and couldn’t believe how much we could actually get through in each 15 minute call.

The daily phone call reinforced our ongoing commitment to this program and our health. In the end, you only have your own commitment to rely on.  TAFYH will not parent you, but is designed to keep you personally committed to continuing.  It builds belief in what Donna Roth says “As long as you do the program you will get healthy whether it’s in 2 mos, 4 mos, 6 mos or longer.”  Just Do IT!!! as the NIKE ad flashes.

Doing our Ahas and Concepts each call reinforced the lesson learned from the day before. Each call Donna would read the new lesson which would reinforce this orally.  Then it would be emailed to us to read and complete the assignment – which were very interesting and manageable – for the next day’s call.  Combine this with daily affirmations and gratitudes and the program is working to help you create and sustain new life style habits.

Information:  I found the information very interesting, exciting and manageable.  I even made time to read Donna’s book “A Practical Solution to the Cancer Injury Manual”.  The information provides the “why” for doing this program.  I like to understand why I am doing things and how things work.  This course satisfies on both fronts.

Commitment:  The early morning calls made them easy to integrate into my daily schedule so that they were not intrusive.  I did the course in July and August and did 3 weeks of traveling as well. You definitely have to be organized around reordering your supplements to make sure you don’t run out, especially Paw Paw coming from the US. I did run out for 2 weeks because I didn’t know what the lead was.  With planning on my part I was able to pack my supplements for a 2 week trip away.  I maintain an active lifestyle, often going on day hikes.  I found I could easily pack chlorophyll water and a dry shake to make up along the way with a packet of pre-selected herbs.  I even just finished backpacking for 3 days and pre packaged all my supplement packs and shakes. Instead of liquid Chi Tonic I packed dry packs of Soltic Energy for vitamins and minerals.

And frankly, you just start feeling so good that you look forward to taking a shake if you are hungry at all or exerting yourself.  My energy has been great and I just feel like what I am doing is really nourishing my body.

Application:  I already find that people are interested in what I have been doing.  I have one friend who wants to go on the program just for health, but doesn’t have time for TAFYH.  My husband Albert drove me to Kelowna to do an intake with Donna.  While we were there, she offered to analyze him as well and designed a program of shakes and herbal supplements for him which he is now doing.  One of my sons got an infection and was also struggling with some depression.  Donna suggesting putting him on Porbiotics 11 – 10 caps per night for 2 bottles, Cats Claw for the infection, Super Omega, and Zerenity for mood enhancement.  He is doing very well. We are hoping the Pro 11 will also clear up his toe nail fungus. I am going to visit my sister in Toronto who just went on antibiotics for a kidney infections.  I am bringing her 2 bottles of Pro 11 to help restore her intestinal fauna, and I am going to get her on the kidney flush.  As well, I will be talking with her about TAFYH.  Another gentleman called to discuss Cancer therapies and I was able to introduce him to Donna as he is from Kelowna.  He is now a work in progress.

Implications: For me this is potentially life changing, as I am also looking at becoming a TAFYH Coach to help other people get support in their healing.  Healing ourselves can be so simple.  Instead of expensive diagnostics, if we just got people on the right nutritional program from the beginning, most symptoms would just naturally be alleviated.

Reaching Others:  The power is in my own health success. I have a big story that I can share with people and hopefully open space in their minds to consider that there are better holistic ways to heal oneself.  I am considering a blog to reach more people and to get the word out.

BSQs as a Form of Measurement: I like the idea of the BSQs and can see how it can help people identify the body systems that require support. However, for the most part I was displaying few symptoms despite having cancer and there was nothing in the BSQs about tracking my tumours which were visible. After 2 months on the program, I am finally seeing a decrease in the lump in the left breast and not sure about the lump in the right breast, however, I do not think it is growing. So I would like to see a section added for visible symptoms like lumps, skin patches, warts etc.

I also found it hard to definitively identify some symptom such as nasal congestion.  But it did help to do the 2nd BSQ because then you really could see that yes your nasal passages are clearer so yes you must have had nasal congestion.

Comments:  I have really enjoyed the program and would recommend it to everyone.  I feel it is my responsibility to tell people about this, but ultimately you cannot make them listen.  Because the allopathic model is completely analysis driven, people have come to rely on this.  In TAFYH we learn that everyone takes basically the same program and that so long as you go the distance, your health will improve.  Do you need a diagnostic test to determine this or confirm this? No. But you do need commitment and you do need belief and trust.  All things that need to be build.  Which of course is why TAFYH is so important unless you are preaching to the converted.  TAFYH builds the belief.  I finally “get it”.  If I just stay on the program, my health issues – cancer or otherwise will resolve themselves.  But allopathic medicine has put the fear of Cancer into our hearts. So instead of seeing Cancer as just a journey, people start fighting for their life right from the moment the label is dropped.  As we learn in TAFYH – You never had cancer. All you have is a toxic environment around an injured area that has been infected with fungus that is fed by sugar. Can you clean out toxicity? Yes! Can you stop feeding it with sugar? Yes! Therefore, you can heal your body. Cancer is just a created name for a diagnosis that has a death sentence attached to it.  I plan on never having to go to the doctor again unless it is for trauma!!  Thank you TAFYH and our exceptional teacher Donna Roth!!

Significant decrease in 3 main systems:  Circulation, Nerves and Glandular

Of main interest is that when I began the program, I had been suffering from a very bad chest infection after returning from Colombia April 30, 2016.  I still had the cough and deep lung involvement when I started TAFYH July 1, 2016   2 months later!!  I did check with my TCM Dr. Sunny Lee and he said it was an infection and not cancer.  However, you can imagine how worried I was.  I developed this infection despite being on another alternative protocol MMS.  A few weeks into TAFYH and my chest involvement had been completely resolved.

I began the Paleo Ketogenic Diet at the beginning of June 2016. My weight at that time was 177 lbs. Over the course of 3 months I have lost 11 lbs -  without trying to lose weight!

My Body Temp climbed over 37 C 15 days into this program and has stayed there.

My BP was normal to begin with and I assume it’s still normal. Will be taking a final reading.

HCG Test:
Beginning 51.8 IU  -  I have been hovering around this level for the last three years.  Under 50 is considered cancer free.  I will be taken another test 4 mos into the program.  So stay tuned.

Candida Saliva Tests:
Final Saliva Test still indicative of the presence of candida.

Energy Levels:
In the beginning I was experiencing a slump in the middle of the day. Now I find that my energy waking up and throughout the day is consistently high.

Attitude Changes:
TAFYH has helped me develop the belief that if I just stick to the program the cancer in my body will resolve itself in time, whether that is in 4, 6, 8 months or a year.  It is just a matter of time.  So now I am beginning to plan again regarding what I would like to be working at. I had taken this year off to really just focus on me and resolving my breast cancer.

Psychological Changes:
Have now developed a real trust in the TAFYH process.  I am very happy and at peace. I am extremely grateful for my cancer and life journey of these past 5 years as I have resolved some significant issues that stemmed from being raised by an alcoholic stepmother from a young age. This in combination with TAFYH and an understanding of how to live a healthy life, makes feel completely equipped to live a  healthy active and productive life moving forward.  I have always believed that I needed to restore my body health – that I had to figure out how to do this.  Since I studied Biochemistry in University I always had a deep seated believe in homeostasis and the body’s inate ability to maintain optimal health.  But as TAFYH has shown us, our bodies require the proper building blocks to do this and we are not giving this to ourselves through our present day food.  It is not enough even if you are eating organic and clean.

Medication Changes:
None.  I was not on any medication.  I have not been to the doctor for anything health related since getting my cancer diagnosis in June 2011.  I do not even take any headache medication and have been working to create an all natural first aid kit in my house.

Success Stories I Have Witnessed:
My husband Albert:    He drove to Kelowna to see Donna. There, Donna took that opportunity to invite him to do an intake with her.  When she did iridology on him she saw immediately that he had candida in his brain.  He also has no cartilage in his left knee and low in the right.  Donna recommended a program for him. He was travelling a lot and did not adhere to the program, but we will now work to get him on it regularly.  Albert did not want to tell Donna that he has a family history of Alzheimer/dementia.  Both his paternal grandmother and father were catatonic for several years before their deaths.  So you can imagine that clearing his brain of candida will be a no. 1 priority for us.

My son Zachary (24):   Has ADD and focus issues and is returning to school this fall.  Since grade 11 he was taking stimulant drugs (under his own volition).  He also has persistent nail fungus and had gone to the doctor to get a medication you take fro 60 days???  He also had a bad infection with an extremely swollen lymph node under his left arm.  I managed to get him on Cats Claw and MC as per Donna’s instructions.  He still took the antibiotics -  but not the full course.  I got him on a high dose of Probiotic 11 (10 before bed for 2 bottles).  His infection has cleared up.  He continues to take the Pro 11 but is not consistent – forgets.  He is however now very consistent at taking,  3 doses of Cats Claw, 3 Super Omega 3s, and MC (working up to 2 doses of 5 each).  He also was struggling with depression and he is now consistently taking 1 Zerenity a day and has been feeling very even in his emotions.  We also have Focus ATN here for him to take when he starts University again next week and will monitor this.  The goal is to keep him off the stimulants.

Friend Marie:  Also has a family history of breast cancer.  Like me her mom died from breast cancer.  She did a BSQ and Donna suggested a program for her. She is planning on starting this fall.

Evaluation by Patty Sept 1/2016

Evaluation by Patty Sept 1/2016
Time:  The time investment was very manageable.  The calls ran about 20 minutes each and I was always eager to receive the email that Donna sends outlining the lesson for that day.  Because I am a student by nature, and because of the very nature of TAFYH, I did not mind the small amount of reading required.  Most days I went over information closely and often did some research on my own.  The emails to my TAG team were well worth the time investment and everyone on my team really enjoyed hearing from me as I progressed through the course.

Education: I am very enthusiastic about the education that I have gotten out of TAHYH.  The variety of topics, all geared toward becoming and staying healthy, were of great interest to me and I am eager to continue learning!  As an approach to treating disease by addressing the 5 Pillars is a complete paradigm shift and now that the picture has become clear, there is no turning back and I am convinced I will vanquish the diagnosis of stage 3b melanoma.

Structure: I enjoyed the structure of the course.  Each day there were five minutes to have questions answered and if I needed more in depth answers, Donna was always accessible by either email or phone.  After the first few days of the course, I was able to determine what was expected of me each day.

Commitment: Regaining my health is of the outmost importance to me, so I was very committed.  I am on the east coast and so the call was in the late morning.  This actually worked out great as I was able to get out and get my exercise in and get much of my days requirements in by the time of the call.  It was nice that the calls were Mon-Fri.

Application: I was able to apply much of what we learned in the course immediately.  I started taking the herbals on faith because of Donna’s track record and her passion.  As I learned about each system of the body and became aware of environmental issues, my blind faith became conviction.
I will now be able to help friends and family if they are open to a natural approach to health.

Implications: I see the implications of being exposed to TAFYH as huge.  When I heard about Donna and her TAFYH program I was being pressured by my Dr.s to agree to surgery and drugs that they could not guarantee would help me.  I had rejected the idea of having a groin dissection to remove my lymph nodes where they had found some melanoma.  After the lesson on the lymphatic system, I was so relieved that I followed my gut.  I didn’t know what the answer to my health issue was, but I was sure it wasn’t removal of part of a very important system in my body.  If I had agreed, I would have been removing a valuable part of my immune system and would have been fighting with one hand tied behind my back!  I will use the information I have learned in TAFYH to direct my healthcare and the healthcare of my husband.  I will share with anyone who is interested.

Reaching Others: In my TAG team emails I have already been able to reach others with the message that cancer, and all disease is a metabolic disorder and that the 5 pillars of injury, infection, inflammation, elimination and circulation must be addressed.  Whenever people ask me how I am feeling or about my melanoma, I am able to share what I am doing.  I will be able to share everything that I have learned with my massage patients and everyone who shows an inquisitive mind.  I have promised my close friends not to become too much of a pain, but it is really important to me that people know my story and that taking responsibility for your health is something to strongly consider.
Earlier this year, before I received a melanoma diagnosis, I ate a plant based diet.  I was getting ready to start a blog with recipes, how to’s ect.  Now, I am getting a vision of how I will take TAHYH information into a blog, only with a much different focus.

Comments:  I am going to miss being on the TAFYH calls because they gave me great focus.  However, with the tools that I have learned, I can continue on with my commitment to health.  The biggest take away that I have is the dangers of root canals and amalgam fillings.  In my conversations, I have found that people are either on board and understand the dangers, or they look as if I am speaking Chinese and change the subject.  Thank you Donna for putting the time and effort into this program.  I especially appreciate the message you give of not letting the medical world scare you into quick action.  I believe that some conditions are discovered so late that a patient doesn’t have time to settle and think about options other than what the Dr.s put in front of them.  How many of us would choose a natural way to heal ourselves if they were presented with a coherent plan that they can follow?  TAFYH can be that for people if they only knew about it.
Finally, while I have to date, only received 2 completed BSQ’s out of the many that I have sent out, I will continue to follow up with those people until I find someone willing to try something new.

I love being part of a group that has joined together for the same purpose!
