DAILY SCHEDULE:
            Starting at 5:30 a.m.
Study Chi -Gong
Prepare a  glass of water and chlorophyl
Meditate for 20 minutes
Prepare breakfast and a smoothie
Every other day go for a long walk
Every other day practice a large muscle workout

ACTIVATE:  USING CAT’S CLAW, lONIC BREATHING, WALKING AND WEIGHT BEARING EXERCISE.
BUILD: USING SMOOTHIES WITH GREEN ZONE, WITH RED FOR CHINESE MINERAL CHI, GREEN FOR CHLOROPHYLL, WHITE FOR COLLATRIM, SUPER OIL.

CLEANSE: USING PSYLLIUM FIBRE, LBS 11, BOWEL CLEANSE, KIDNEY FLUSH AND LIVER CLEANSE, REMOVE LECTINS USING FLAX HULL LIGNANS, ORAL CHELATION TO ADDRESS CIRCULATION AND HEAVY METAL DETOX
