Vision Statement & Success Story
In a year my body and mind is healthy and vibrant. I make lifestyle changes that allowed me to reach this goal of happiness and good health.
I included my vision statement at the beginning because each and every day I wake up with a new since of well being and happiness, I believe that thinking positively about where I want to be is helping me get there faster.
I start my day taking my body temperature which was about 96.2 and has risen slowly to 97.6, I expect it will take a few months before it reaches the optimum level. This isn’t discouraging to me at all as I know it didn’t take overnight to get to where I was just a few months ago. Before starting this journey I had a lot of pain in all my joints, back and legs. I felt sluggish and tired all the time, and bloated every day, especially in the mornings. My BSQ was 89 when I started and in a few weeks has dropped to 13.
I have great difficulty swallowing pills and most of the minerals and supplements I use go into my morning smoothie, doesn’t even feel like I am taking supplements just enjoying a morning treat. I am able to get up at 4:45 in the mornings and go to the gym for an hour to 1-1/2 hours, arrive home, get ready for work and be there between 8 and 9 hours, back home at supper time and clean up and usually to bed by 9 pm. The best part is I’m not fighting to keep my eyes open at mid afternoon. My memory has improved immensely. I lost 10 lbs. Joint, back and leg pain has gone, swelling and bloating is basically gone (except when I get into gluten), I have color in my cheeks and people have been asking what I have been doing differently because I look great.
