I met Donna Roth as I was leaving an Onsen appointment. We were introduced by a mutual friend, and I was intrigued by what she does. She invited me to a breakfast meeting at the end of March and that is how I started this journey.
I went home and researched Donna on her website and read some of the success stories and I read about TAFYH. I was very interested because of the inflammation component and the connection to cancer and every other disease.
Just over 2 years ago I had read a book on hormone resetting which is suppose to help you lose weight, reset your cravings and reduce inflammation. You are to take gluten out of your diet, along with dairy and sugar. I did this and I did really well with it, lost 20 pounds, but I never lost the inflammation. Last August I was up 10 lbs again, craving sugar and salt, exhausted because I was not sleeping very much and unable to exercise due to neck, rt shoulder/arm pain which was still bothering me when I met Donna. I went back on this diet again in August 2016 to try to get some relief, I was able to take 13 lbs off, but again the pain, exhaustion, and inflammation were still there.
Since starting TAFYH my life has change in ways I did not believe possible and in some ways I can’t even explain.
I started TAFYH on April 4, the first smoothie changed everything for me, every morning when I take a drink of it, it is like taking “a drink of life”. As I was drinking my first smoothie, I felt a warmth in my face and head and then my cheeks tingled and I felt energy going through me. I had never felt any supplement actually working before, (except to give me nausea, reflux and a stomach ache…)
On April 7, I decide to try running again after not running for 11 months (due to neck/shoulder/arm pain) because this pain were improving and I had energy I hadn’t felt in years. I got on a treadmill and I ran off and on for about 20 minutes with minimal pain and felt good. April 10, I ran 25 minutes without stopping and again minimal pain, felt great and no soreness after. April 12, I ran 30 minutes without stopping and again it was great. On April 14, which was Good Friday, I ran for 1 hour straight without stopping. I sipped just over 2 cups of Chlorophyll while I ran, while increasing my speed from 8.5 to 9.0, which is 6.39 km/hr, so I ran 9 km in 1 hour. I did have a shake for lunch and I waited about 1 hour before I ran, there was no reflux or side pain, I wasn’t even exhausted when I was donw. It was amazing! My neighbours from next door came in and out of the gym while I ran and I talked with them so I was not winded. I could have ran longer but I thought better of it... I had no pain while running, I could feel my shoulder and a few other spots as I settled in to the run, but it was not pain and it settled down. I’m totally blown away by this but so very, very happy. It usually takes me 2 months or so to work up to running 1 hour without a break when I start training. I wasn’t even sore or tired that day or the next. I cannot explain how I was able to do this now at this point in my life, I am 56 years old, a former smoker and have herniated disc’s in my neck. I love what TAFYH has give me and I will have “a drink of life” every day for the rest of my life.
Since April 4th, I am also riding my mountain bike with my husband up hills that usually take my husband a month of biking to do with ease. It usually takes me 2 to 3 months to do these hills and I will still be whining, complaining and am completely winded with heart palpations when I get to the top, but not anymore. Today (May 29th we rode from Sarson’s/Dehart all the way through Rutland and up McCurdy Rd to Solstice Town Ranch Development, with no whining, complaining, heart palpations or breathlessness. We ate our lunch with Chlorophyll water and rode back going up more hills through East Kelowna and home. We did a total of 50.72 km in 3 hours and 9 minutes. I feel like I’m 23 years old again, but sadly I don’t think I could have done this when I was 23 years old.
I quit eating gluten, grains, legumes, dairy and sugar and I eat clean, organic fruit and vegetables and grass feed, hormone and antibiotic free meat.
I do ionic breathing first thing every morning and throughout the day.
I exercise and give thanks for my life and everything in it, daily.
I get Onsen treatments as needed.
I am committed to the TAFYH program.
I have 2 shakes a day with: ½ cup of berries, SynerProtein, Green Zone, Collatrim Plus, Arginine Plus, Chi Tonic, Flax Hull Lignans, a squirt of Aloe Vera gel, Solstic, Chia Seeds and hemp seeds.
I drink water with Chlorophyll throughout the day and I have a treat of one glass of Kombucha in the evening.
I take Cats Claw combination to open up the lymphatic system.
I take Colostrum to bind toxic lectins.
I take Psyllium Hulls and LBS 11 to feed and cleanse my bowels.
I take Protease Plus and MC to cleanse my blood of heavy metals.
I take Berberine IR to keep blood sugars in balance
I take Super Omega 3 reduced inflammation
I take Capsicum to increase body temperature.
I take KB-C for structural balance.
1 take Probiotic 11 to help balance the good bacteria to counter the bad.
I have done the kidney cleanse (x4), bowel cleanse and the liver cleanse.
